Initial Ideas For Music Video.
Whilst reading through the lyrics we have chosen to analyse we come up with a few ideas that we can include in our music and the general idea that we will be setting the music video on.
In the first few lines we get an introduction to the character, describing what he is wearing and getting prepared for a night out to the cinema.
It then goes into how hes walking down a road whilst cuffing up his collar and smiling simply to himself as though he is gods gift to women.
He walks past a girl who seems to be smiling at him and like a typical guy he turns round to check out her arse (close up).
From that we cut to a girl leaving her house, making sure her hair and make up are ok.
the general idea our group came up with was basically, using an unbelievably vain guy who is full of himself. The guy gets ready for a date out to the cinema with a girl and it shows his process of getting ready. On his walk to meet the girl other girls in the street walk past and smile and flirt with him because he is known as a 'ladies man'.
We are then introduced to the girl he is going on a date with, she is pretty and modest and we see her finalising her hair and make up before leaving for her date.
The vain guy is waiting outside the cinema for his date to show up, the camera cuts to the girl again where we see that she is going to meet another guy, the vain guy sees she is woith another guy and goes ti find another girl so it doesnt look like hes been stood up, but to his surprise he gets rejected. Although hes been stood up and rejected by girls we still see him smiling smuggly to show he is still vain and cocky.
